My recent stay at Zum Löwen-Post in the enchanting village of Truden was a delightful experience, capturing the essence of cozy alpine hospitality. The accommodation boasts spacious, immaculate rooms with lovely terraces that offer breathtaking views of the Trudner Horn, truly inviting the landscape photographer within me to capture the moment. Mornings began with a hefty breakfast, featuring a hearty selection of local delicacies that fueled our adventures in the surrounding hiking trails and picturesque vineyards. The evenings were capped off with Rosa's gourmet dinners, a splendid fusion of alpine and Mediterranean flavors served in their charming restaurant-an absolute treat after a day exploring the stunning nature parks nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for anyone seeking warmth and tradition against the backdrop of the breathtaking Dolomites.
